So when I decided to dress up as her for Halloween or a themed party, I wanted to make sure my costume was perfect. After some extensive research and trial and error, I have put together this buying guide to help you create the ultimate Kelly Kapowski costume.
1. Look for the iconic crop top
The first and most important element of Kelly’s outfit is her signature crop top. Look for a tight fitting, short sleeved crop top in a bright color such as pink, purple or blue. You can also opt for a printed top with stripes or polka dots, just make sure it has a retro vibe.
